This year's Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Northern Hemisphere Competition received 561 extra virgin olive

oils from 306 producers.  There were a total of 5 Best of Show Awards, 27 Best of Class Awards, 113 Gold Medal Awards, 

112 Silver Medal Awards, and 77 Bronze Medal Awards and Fattoria Ramerino, Frantoio, Biologico, Tuscany received the

Marco Mugelli Award.  This year’s Northern Hemisphere Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition received extra virgin olive oils

from Croatia, France, Greece, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Mexico, Montenegro, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey, and the

United States.
