MiOliva is our Extra Virgin Olive Oil designed for those who seek a smooth, versatile oil for everyday use. Crafted primarily from Arbequina with a small percentage of local varieties (Empeltre, Arróniz, Picual).
The olives are harvested already well into ripening, at around 40% maturity, resulting in an oil with a soft aroma of ripe, sweet fruits. The complementary varieties add body and stability to the blend.
The result is an oil with aromas of ripe fruit, gentle hints of green grass, fluid and sweet on the palate, with a very mild pungency at the finish. Perfect for the whole family.
