Alfar La Maja in the 2-litre PET bottle offers the perfect balance between quantity and convenience — our Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a lightweight, easy-to-handle format.
The olives are harvested at the start of the ripening stage, between late October and early November, and cold-processed at our Mendavia mill within twelve hours.
This method guarantees moderate yields but outstanding sensory quality.
We obtain a green-yellow oil, dense and full-bodied. Its clean, lively aroma is striking in intensity and recalls fresh green fruits: tomato and tomato leaf, grass, artichoke, apple, and to a lesser degree banana and wild berries.
