La Maja Edición Limitada is the most exclusive selection from our mill: monovarietal oils of unique, annual, strictly limited production — the result of years of research with different varieties in cultivation and extraction.
Four varieties, four personalities: Rosa (Koroneiki) with notes of green banana, apple and grass; Verde (Arróniz) with artichoke, tomato leaf and bitter almond; Azul (Tosca) a surprising oil with caramel, raspberries and wild berries; Roja (Arbosana) fresh with green herbs, apple and tomato.
Each variety is a unique sensory journey. Artisan oils for curious and discerning palates.
